Parks and Recreation in the
City Of Surprise
The City of Surprise is updating the Parks and Recreation Master Plan (SPRMP) to ensure our parks, open spaces, and recreation areas continue to meet community needs as our city grows. Building on the vision and priorities set in the 2013 plan, the update will tie directly into the City of Surprise 2040 General Plan creating a clear roadmap that connects recreation planning with the City’s long-term goals for development and quality of life.
